The Xperia Sony Tablet has appeared an a set of leaked slides. The Sony SGPT1211 has been already seen at the FCC. The new Xperia tablet is an evolution of the current Sony Tablet S. It has the same screen, but faster Quad-core CPU and Android 4.0. The New Sony tablet is though 42% thinner, but keeps the folded paper concept.

The new tablet comes also with an optional keyboard cover than looks a bit like the one found in the upcoming Microsoft Surface tablets. I expect Sony to also release Windows 8 tablets this fall.
